Anne’s Corn Pudding Recipe

Great summer dish, sweet and satisfying. Local corn will be good until the first frost. Enjoy while it lasts.
350 degrees 45 minutes

  • 9×13 pan glass best
  • 8 to 12 ears cut off corn scrap cob with knife to get juice.
  • 3 egg
  • 1 1/2 C milk whole milkcorn-pudding
  • 2t sugar
  • 1T melted butter
  • 1T salt
  • 1/1 t pepper
  • 1/4 t Tabasco
  • 2t flour
  • 2t corn meal

Mix all but corn. Mix corn. Butter dish. Pour in dish cook till golden brown.
