1 lb. of chicken breast (skin off & cut into small pieces)
1 red pepper sliced thin
2 -3 cloves of garlic
Pepper and Basil
In a medium frying pan add about a 1/4″ of olive oil. Add garlic, chicken, garlic salt, pepper and basil. Cook chicken until done on a low heat. Once the chicken is cooked add the red pepper, garlic salt pepper and basil. Taste you mix to insure that you have the correct amount of salt. Better to start little at a time than to over salt.
While that is cooking you could cook your pasta. It taste great with angel hair, penne or bow ties. Why not make a salad and possibly add a nice roll to your meal.
